The PROVIDENCE FOLK FESTIVAL is a FREE music festival featuring some of the finest folk, acoustic and Americana singer-songwriter acts in the Rhode Island area.
The first five years of the Providence Folk Festival took place at Roger Williams National Memorial Park in Downtown Providence. This is the first year that the festival will take place at Rose Larisa Park in the town of Riverside, overlooking the Narragansett Bay.
The festival will feature two stages of acoustic-themed music. The MAIN STAGE and the SONGCRAFTER STAGE. The festival is a great opportunity to get a good dose of the RI sound as well as some classic performances.
In addition to listening to some great music, festival attendees can also visit the Intention Peace booth to set their intentions for peace and their own well-being.
